No. UPRERAPRJ156151/10/2025). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Applicants are advised to verify all details independently before making any registration or payment.

2. Images and Representations

All images, renderings, layouts and illustrations displayed on this Website are artist's impressions / graphical representations and are purely illustrative in nature. Actual construction, landscaping, amenities and finishes may vary from the images shown.

3. Registration and Application

Submission of the online registration / application form does not guarantee allotment of a plot. Allotment is subject to the terms of the scheme, availability of plots, verification of applicant eligibility and applicable draw / allotment procedure, as communicated separately.

4. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that the information submitted (including personal details, category and documents such as Aadhaar and PAN) is true, accurate and complete. Any false, misleading or incomplete information may lead to rejection or cancellation of the application / allotment at any stage, without refund of the non-refundable application fee.

5. Payment Terms

All payments made towards registration, allotment or subsequent instalments shall be governed by the Payment Plan published on this Website and the Builder Buyer Agreement (BBA) to be executed after successful allocation. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images and layout, is the property of SIVANATRAJ SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
