Governing Law Policy

This Governing Law Policy applies to your use of the website ayodhyaplots.org, all transactions made through it, and the "Ayodhya Dhaam Aawasiye Plots" project offered by SIVANATRAJ SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (RERA Regd. No. UPRERAPRJ156151/10/2025).

1. Applicable Law

This Website, its Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and all matters relating to registration, application and allotment for the project shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA") and the rules framed thereunder by the applicable State Authority.

2. RERA Compliance

The project is registered under RERA vide Registration No. UPRERAPRJ156151/10/2025. All representations made on this Website are subject to and shall be read in conjunction with the disclosures made in the RERA registration and the applicable RERA rules.

3. Jurisdiction

Subject to the provisions of RERA (under which the RERA Authority / Real Estate Appellate Tribunal having jurisdiction over the project location shall have primary jurisdiction over project-related disputes), any other disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, difference or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website or an application submitted through it, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussions. If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable time, either party may pursue remedies available under RERA or before the competent courts as set out above.

5. Severability

If any provision of this Governing Law Policy or the associated Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update this Governing Law Policy from time to time to remain consistent with changes in applicable law. The revised policy will be effective from the date of posting on this Website.
