Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms on which amounts paid by applicants towards registration for the "Ayodhya Dhaam Aawasiye Plots" project (RERA Regd. No. UPRERAPRJ156151/10/2025) may be refunded. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Registration Amount

The Registration Amount collected at the time of application is Rs.25,000/- for General Category applicants and Rs.21,000/- for Reserved Category applicants (Women Empowerment, Sports Quota, Govt Employee, Divyaang and Army).

2. Refund for Unsuccessful Applicants

The Registration Amount is fully refundable to applicants who are not successful in the allotment / draw process, in accordance with the scheme terms and applicable RERA guidelines. Refunds to unsuccessful applicants will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time after the result declaration and allotment process is complete.

3. Non-Refundable Application Fee

An application processing amount of Rs.1,100/-, included within the Registration Amount, is non-refundable for all applicants, whether or not they are allotted a plot. This amount covers the cost of processing, verification and administration of the application.

4. Refund for Successful Applicants Who Withdraw

Applicants who are allotted a plot and subsequently wish to withdraw / cancel their application after allotment will be governed by the cancellation and refund terms specified in the Builder Buyer Agreement (BBA) executed after successful allocation, which may include deduction of processing charges and applicable taxes.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds, where applicable, will generally be initiated within 15–30 working days from the date of result declaration or cancellation request, subject to verification of bank / payment details provided by the applicant.

6. Mode of Refund

All refunds will be made through the same payment mode / bank account used at the time of registration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Applications rejected due to incorrect, incomplete or false information provided by the applicant may not be eligible for a full refund of the non-refundable application processing amount, at the discretion of the developer.
